Talent Strategy

General Manager of the Business Division

Job Description:
1. Responsible for developing sales strategy plans, providing information support for company decision-making, and leading subordinates to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
2. Responsible for analyzing market trends and regularly and promptly reporting the department’s sales performance to the General Manager.
3. Based on the annual overall sales target, prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop and implement a sales plan to achieve the target, design comprehensive sales strategies, organize marketing promotions and brand awareness activities, and enhance the company’s visibility.
4. Build and nurture a sales team, improve the compliance rate of sales personnel, and implement performance evaluation and management for sales staff.
5. Responsible for promptly providing feedback on customer information to facilitate product improvement and refinement efforts.
6. Responsible for developing customer management plans and strengthening customer management.
7. Establish a comprehensive sales information management system and participate in the development of the company’s institutional framework.
8. Promptly complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job requirements:
Aged 28–45, with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher. Honest and pragmatic, ambitious, and passionate and enthusiastic!
2. 3–5 years of work experience in the adhesive industry, or extensive client base and significant influence within the industry;
3. Possesses exceptional leadership and execution skills, able to lead and develop teams to achieve performance goals!

Key Account Manager

Job Description:
